a. No. If you would like to purchase a gift please do the purchase by yourself and choose delivery address of the recipient.

Do you do back orders?
a. No. We do not do back orders. LoveVibe.eu online store sells only stock available goods at the moment of your shopping.

Do you have a product/brand catalog?
a. No. Our LoveVibe.eu internet site is our catalog and online store at the same time. Please feel free and check our vast offer. If there is a particular product, brand or style that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us at support@lovevibe.eu and we will be happy to help you locate it.

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
a. If the price on our online store drops within 5 days of purchasing the item, we will be happy to refund you the difference in price. Please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do i unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
a. To unsubscribe from any of our mailing lists just click „unsubscribe“ link in the bottom of every of our newsletters or contact us at support@lovevibe.eu and we will unsubscribe your email address.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
a. We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on LoveVibe.eu is live and reflects what is in stock at the moment of your purchase. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Is the item i want going to go on sale soon?
a. Unfortunately, LoveVibe.eu does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a blue bag is selling better than a yellow one, one might discount the yellow bag to boost sales.

My email address or other account data has changed. How do i update this information to my current account?
a. You are welcome to update your e-mail address or any of your account data by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

        Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
        Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
        Once logged in, click on "Edit Profile" towards the right-hand side of the page

The item i want is out of stock. What should i do now?
a. LoveVibe.eu is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly. LoveVibe.eu online store sells only stock available goods at the moment of your purchase.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

What can cause my order to be delayed?
a. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

Can i pay with Visa, Mastercard or Diners Pre-Paid Gift Cards?
a. Any pre-paid gift card with a Visa, Mastercard or Diners logo/insignia on it will be processed like an actual credit/debit card and only one credit card can be used per order. If a single pre-gift card does not cover the total of your order you will not be able to proceed with the purchase. If you need any help on placing an order, please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu and we will be happy to help. Please also note that in order to use the pre-paid gift card on LoveVibe.eu, it will need to be registered or activated by following the instructions on the pre-paid gift card itself or on the card’s packaging. How do I know my lingerie/clothes size?
a. If you are unsure of your lingerie/clothes size, you can measure your lingerie/clothes size. Please also keep in mind that you can only approximate your true size because manufacturers use different lasts to construct their lingerie and clothes in general, and sizing may vary accordingly.

I want to know if you carry a specific brand?
a. Please click on the Brands button located at the top of each page - you will be taken to a page where you can view all brands that we are currently offering. Please check back often since we add new brands and products on a daily basis. From the brands page you can select a brand that interests you and narrow your search based on your specific interests.

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
a. Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that LoveVibe.eu currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Diners for credit and debit card payment and PayPal.

Returns

I would like to return my purchase. What should i do?
a. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from LoveVibe.eu you can return your item(s) for a full refund in compliance with Our Return Policy. Returns must be unworn, unopened in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Returned goods that do not meet our Return Policy procedure may not qualify for a refund. The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to contact us at support@lovevibe.eu. It may take 5-10 business days for your return to reach the LoveVibe warehouse. This depends on delivery method you have chosen. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
a. LoveVibe.eu is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact our support at support@lovevibe.eu for assistance returning the item. We will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment. you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please contact our support at support@lovevibe.eu for assistance. To ensure availability of your desired item, please place the item into your shopping cart. If we do not have the desired item/s available, it will not be shown in LoveVibe.eu online store or it will give you an error message. In order to expedite the process for you, you can create your own account on LoveVibe.eu. Please click on the "My Account" link at the top right of the website and begin the process. Otherwise, we will be more than happy to create one for you.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
a. As a LoveVibe.eu customer you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please send us an email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our Customer Support Team is available 24/7 and more than happy to help. An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return within Our Return Policy

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

How do I change or cancel my order?
a. Please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that all orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

What is the status of my order?
a. After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

I placed an order over Christmas time. When will i receive it?
a. Our shipping carriers observe Christmas time. Deliveries for orders placed over the holiday weekend might experience some delays so if you are able please do your orders in time. You can track your delivery using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu if you have further questions.

Shipping and Delivery Questions

Do you ship internationally?
a. Yes. In generaly we do ship to international locations although there might be some restrictions due to local law. Some items will not be available to ship to some of countries.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
a. Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Some items will not be available to ship to some of countries.

How can i track my order?
a. Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier website, depending on who shipped your package. You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status; Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

How long will it be before i receive my order?
a. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to international destinations, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

When will i get my order?
a. Delivery time depends on the shipping options that you have chosen during your check out process. LoveVibe.eu can not guarantee delivery time because it depends on a large number of parameters.

I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows my order was delivered. How is that possible?
a. Your orders has been delivered and someone else took over the shipment. Carriers recycles all of their tracking numbers. Sometimes, for a full day after a tracking number is assigned to a new package, the information available will pertain to a previous order that traveled, sometimes months ago, under that same number. When this happens, please rest assured that your tracking information will be available within a short period of time and should indicate the correct delivery date. Once the package is scanned by carrier, you will also be able to click the "view package progress" link, and the updated tracking detail will be reflected.

I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but i need the order tomorrow.
a. If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us and we will try to modify your order to next business day shipping assuming we haven’t yet hit our 2pm cutoff time. Please know that an additional shipping charge may apply. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that our warehouse have already packed and shipped your order. In either case, please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should i do?
a. If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us and we will update the address before the order ships from our fulfillment center. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that our warehouse have already packed and shipped your order. In either case, please contact us at support@lovevibe.eu for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

Part of my order contains items from multiple warehouse, will this delay my order from being shipped?

a. Not necessarily. To be able to offer you such a vast number of goods LoveVibe.eu cooperates with great number of suppliers and manufacturers. In case your shipment is consisted of items delivered from multiple warehouses it means you will receive multiple packages under specific lower shipping cost. Shipping cost is going to be visible during your check out process and it will be calculated as single cost per total shipment.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
a. The shipping charges depends on shipping method you decided to use.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

Will i have to sign for my package?
a. Depending on courier shipping policy there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery.
